Global IT Cross Functional Application Analyst

German Base MNC - Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (On-site)

Required Experience : over 5 years

Location : Hirapur, Ahmedabad. (Near Vatva, Ahmedabad)

Conveyance : - Staff bus facility is available.

Language : Advanced English

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
Provide applications support worldwide for ECM, SAP BW, SAP Portal, QlikView & other applications. Installation & configuration and manage application services, analyze and monitor performance, maintain updates, perform administration tasks.

Tasks :

o First and second level support for global core cross functional applications (like ECM, SAP BW, SAP Portal, QlikView etc.) at KHS

o Updating of server and client components

o Supervision of software integration projects in the national as well as international area.

o Evaluation, participation in system selection and introduction of new applications

o Development of operating and data backup concepts General monitoring of application and system environments

o Preparation of documentation.

o Support and training of employees regarding the developed procedures and/or programs

o Cooperation and technical coordination with colleagues at our German locations and external service providers.

GRADUATION : Computer Science, Computer Engineering or comparable professional training

KNOWLEDGE/COMPETENCES:

o Professional experience in the support and administration of various applications

o Profound knowledge of ticket, remote desktop and data management systems

o Experience in the administration Microsoft Server & Client technologies. It would be advantageous to have experience in programming with .NET, SQL, HTML

o High level of commitment

o Strong communication skills and independent working style.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
