Your ResponsibilitiesBusiness rationale:GHR Solutions Supporter creates value through on-time support of all global HR business solutions to guarantee their efficient usage. Works closely with support managers and directly with Schindler HR community to solve issues, identify new requirements and troubleshoot HR global solutions.Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure coordination of support activities within the agreed SLAs
  • 1st level support for SuccessFactors and all other global Schindler HR-IT applications
  • Responsibility to identify, analyze, and address root cause of issues.
  • Train & provide timely and accurate response and support for Key Users
  • Support for GHR Solution Managers and experts in agreed projects and initiatives
  • Collaboration & timely delivery on GHR Business Solutions projects/ initiatives
  • Execute the maintenance of the Organizational structure in SF Organization management globally
  • Help address solution improvements with continuous improvement mindset
We Elevate... Your Best SelfQualification :Bachelor degree or equivalent on technical/IT or business educationExperience :
  • 3-4 years\' experience in SuccessFactors supporting the employee life cycle and the organization management.
  • Very good communication skills, customer orientation, knowledge of incident management or ticketing system is a must.
  • IT application skills: O365
  • Proficient in English spoken and written.
  • Further languages are an asset.
