This prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Circana.Learn more at .What will you be doing?As a critical member of the Global HR Operations team, the Global HR Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting end to end people processes across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the HR & Talent Operations Manager, the Coordinatorxe2x80x99s primary responsibilities include supporting HRIS transactions, payroll changes and corrections, onboarding and offboarding processes, requisition maintenance, mailbox management, and some candidate interview scheduling.Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with transaction management within our HRIS, including but not limited to new hire onboarding, job and salary changes, internal transfers, reorganizations, terminations, and personal information changes.
  • Review, audit, and ensure integrity and compliance of the transactional data in our HRIS.
  • Work closely with our India payroll vendor to process payroll related changes and corrections.
  • Initiate Onboarding Events and documents collection for external new hires.
  • Submit IT onboarding and offboarding tickets.
  • Send departure communications to employees and their managers.
  • Review and store background check results (as applicable).
  • Maintain and update employee files.
  • As needed, partner and support recruiters and HR to maintain data in our applicant tracking system, open and maintain job postings, and schedule candidate interviews.
  • Assist with bonus and severance processing and tracking as needed.
  • Monitor and manage HR India inbox, responding as able and/or forwarding to others for response; following up with forwarded responses to ensure completion.

  • Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at process efficiency and enhancing the employee experience.
  • Partner with the HR and Talent Operations Manager on day-to-day deliverables as they relate to processes and reporting.
  • Support other special projects or assignments as required to support the overall business and HR function.
Qualifications
  • At least 3years of prior HR and/or recruiting administration experience preferred; ideally for employee group with 5,000+ or more.
  • College degree a plus.
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience and proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT.
  • English fluency, verbal, and writing.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Self-starter with proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and high volumes of detailed information, and adhere to SOPs.
  • Highly organized with keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships, necessary to assist employees and multiple internal departments.
  • Intuitive thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience handling confidential and proprietary information with tact and discretion.
