  • Lead the strategic development and implementation of Health Economics and Outcomes Research strategies and plans for relevant brands to contribute to their market access preparedness.
  • Drive evidence generation, including HE model(s) development, economic evaluation, cost and health-related quality-of-life studies, and indirect treatment comparisons.
  • Substantiate a strong support of the Payer Value Story with credible Health Economics and Outcomes Research evidence.
  • Build the content of the Global Reimbursement Dossier for affiliates.
  • Assess and address affiliate support/challenges for reimbursement and Health Technology Appraisal (HTA) submissions.
  • Contribute to Health Economics and Outcomes Research publication strategy and execution.
  • Provide internal and/or external training and presentations on Health Economics and Outcomes Research.
QualificationsTo be our Global Associate Director - HEOR, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
  • University master\'s degree in an appropriate field such as health economics or outcomes research, epidemiology, or statistics/biostatistics.
  • Documented training in health economics or outcomes research.
  • 10+ years of experience in health economics and health outcomes research, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry or consultancy.
  • Proven strong scientific publication track record (in peer-reviewed manuscripts).
