Tele/sales Executive - - Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our courses using sales scripts.- Place a minimum of 150 phone calls to potential clients from our database.- Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program.- Answer potential clients\' questions about our courses.- Generate between 5 and 15 prospect sales leads per day.- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our schedules.- Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment.- Train other telemarketers as and when required.- Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to the manager.- Refer customer complaints to the manager.- Answering questions about products or the company.- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.- Enter and update customer information in the database.- Handle grievances to preserve the company\'s reputation.- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.- Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers\' needs and preferences.- Always communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers.- Continually meeting or exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
