Job Description


As the Global Head of Corporate Communication, Branding, Public Relations & Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the company\'s corporate communication, branding, public relations, and marketing efforts on a global scale. You will lead a team to ensure consistent messaging, brand positioning, and effective communication across all channels to promote the company\'s mission, vision, and values. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills.Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication, branding, public relations, and marketing strategies aligned with the company\'s overall objectives and target audience.
  • Identify opportunities for brand expansion, market penetration, and reputation management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continually refine strategies.
Brand Management:
  • Define and maintain the company\'s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all
communication channels and marketing materials.
  • Lead efforts to strengthen brand awareness and equity globally.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity, ensuring alignment with corporate
objectives.Corporate Communication:
  • Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies to enhance employee
engagement, stakeholder relations, and corporate reputation.
  • Serve as the primary spokesperson for the company, liaising with media, investors, partners, and
other key stakeholders.
  • Manage crisis communication and issue management effectively to protect the company\'s
reputation.Public Relations:
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and industry
analysts to secure positive coverage and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to promote company
initiatives, product launches, and milestones.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Marketing:
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various
channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional advertising.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and other teams to drive demand generation, lead generation,
and customer acquisition efforts.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to optimize campaigns and drive ROI.
