Job Description


QualificationsExperience

  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on Source-to-Pay processes, spend analysis, SAP Ariba, e-auctions, and tail-end spend management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP Ariba and other procurement software. Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed spend analysis, Tableau or BI Tool experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Certifications: Professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or equivalent are preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Spend Analysis: Conduct detailed spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement strategies.
  • Supplier & Stakeholder Training: Develop & Deliver training programs for suppliers and internals Stakeholders for usage of Ariba
  • SAP Ariba Utilization: Drive sourcing Projects in guided SAP Ariba for RFI, RFQ & E-auctions. Develop Strategies to maximizes the effectiveness of e-auctions & Increase participation.
  • E-auction Management: Plan, coordinate and manage e-auctions to achieve competitive pricing & favorable contract terms.
  • Contract Management: Oversee the creation ,negotiation and administration of contracts in CLM Tool.
  • Tail-end Spend Management: Develop & implement strategies to effectively manage and optimize tail-end spend categories, drive cost efficiencies, monitor & analyze tail-end spend to identify opportunities for consolidation and savings.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws. regulation and internal policies of Syngenta.
