You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring relevant marketing communication strategy and plans align with global marketing, corporate, and country communications strategies and guidelines. The work model for the role is: Hybrid/Remote This role is contributing to the Motion Large Motors Division. In this role you will be reporting to Global Communications Manager You will be mainly accountable for: Establish and execute digital communications and web action plan for Large Motors and Generators division, in alignment with business strategy and Motion digital communications practices. Manage social media channels for Large Motors and Generators in alignment with Motion strategies, guide colleagues and other stakeholders in leveraging social media according to the divisions communication strategy Manage digital and web presence for Large Motors and Generators. Create and maintain as well as support organizational representatives to maintain the divisional web pages including training internal stakeholders as per the Motion governance model for web. Ensure transparent cascade of the plan and engagement of relevant stakeholders within the organization. Work closely with business and functional representatives, marketing, and sales across the organization to ensure collaboration, alignment, and feasibility of the approaches. Propose and implement SEO strategies as well as improvement actions, to maximize the effectiveness of digital communications channels. Set and monitor systematically relevant KPIs, leveraging data to propose corrective actions or initiatives that would increase the success of the system drives social media and web strategy. Support the team to create creative content (videos, animations) with the aim of leveraging the social media and web channels with creative tools.
