Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to business objectives through the development and deployment of innovative and effective marketing communications activities in line with global and local communication strategies, standards, and guidelines. Each day, you will be responsible for developing the marketing communication strategy and maintaining the positive image of the company and its brand and value proposition in the minds of the customers. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring relevant marketing communication strategy and plans align with global marketing, corporate, and country communications strategies and guidelines. The work model for the role is: Hybrid/Remote This role is contributing to the Motion Large Motors Division. In this role you will be reporting to Global Communications Manager You will be mainly accountable for: \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish and execute digital communications and web action plan for Large Motors and Generators division, in alignment with business strategy and Motion digital communications practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage social media channels for Large Motors and Generators in alignment with Motion strategies, guide colleagues and other stakeholders in leveraging social media according to the division\xe2\x80\x99s communication strategy \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage digital and web presence for Large Motors and Generators. Create and maintain as well as support organizational representatives to maintain the divisional web pages including training internal stakeholders as per the Motion governance model for web. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure transparent cascade of the plan and engagement of relevant stakeholders within the organization. Work closely with business and functional representatives, marketing, and sales across the organization to ensure collaboration, alignment, and feasibility of the approaches. \xe2\x80\xa2 Propose and implement SEO strategies as well as improvement actions, to maximize the effectiveness of digital communications channels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Set and monitor systematically relevant KPIs, leveraging data to propose corrective actions or initiatives that would increase the success of the system drives social media and web strategy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the team to create creative content (videos, animations) with the aim of leveraging the social media and web channels with creative tools. This role is Graded at GGS 12.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital field or related
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in managing social media and web.
  • Web editing skills (CMS), web usability, SEO, analytics, technical understanding of the web.
  • creating and editing videos, animations, images and consequent tools usage.
  • Understanding of digital environment and engaging stakeholder communications in digital environment.
  • Team player with openness to work with people with different background, expertise, experience.
  • Self-driven and able to set up your own goals and targets.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
