A2A service (Netting, ICR, eIntrace, MCR, PaPM activities).
? Work closely with the Deploy Chapter Champion (DCC_A2A), GS Key Users, the
country and operational experts.
? Collaborative approach to deliver the results of each project.

Responsibilities
Strong project management with SAP (R3 and S4) experiences is must, Knowledge of
A2A, APM, PISA tool will help to integrate well with the roll-outs activities.
Person should have hands on experience on realizing the new requirements, creating &
handling BR's.(T&R)
Structured implementation approach, Strong Co-ordinates with multiple stakeholders
e.g BDs, Build & Design team, legal entities, user dept etc.
Support Design and Build team on component testing.
Co-Ordinate with the user team for getting the Master data, support the business for
cleansing the data.
Verify migrated data for corrections for Internal Vendors and Customers.
Ensure the transaction data is migrated correctly with proper mapping data (Vendors,
Customers BP etc.,)
Check necessary authorizations, setting up in Test environment & Execute AIM concept.
Preparation of test case in SolMan for each scenario of testing.
Integration Testing 1 &2, User acceptance test execution and defect solving.
Ensure a smooth Go Live and providing support during Stabilization phase.
Drive the topic dynamically, implement out of the box ideas, regress follow-ups,
maintain the strict timelines, convincing his point of view with data to show the
ownership for the topic.
Flexible to handle multitasking based on the demand of the projects, Support topics etc.
Interface between accounting and other specialist departments, IT and central areas as
well as business areas in the context of driving the topics.
Planning and coordination of tests, training, and migrating data from testing to
production systems.
Prioritize their topics, structured them, drive it, take decisions, or defend them @
organizational levels, represent to higher management considering customer centricity
into his/her mind.
Sparring partner to the Global/Regional Service Manager, Guides and supports
Operational areas proactively (CIP, Standardization).
Acts as an expert in Accounts Payable, A2A, APM, PISA and Invoice Management.
