POSITION SUMMARY We are currently looking to hire a Global Delivery Associate to join our growing Global Delivery Center team. This team is a shared services division of Velocity Global, which provides 24/5 global support to our clients and internal functional teams. This position is to be based in Bangalore, India as a hybrid worker, working onsite a few times each week. This full-time position will be responsible for executing projects for the Global Delivery Center and providing service support to our clients and different functional teams of the organisation. This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company that is creating an entirely new category and is led by a veteran team in this unique industrial space. This role calls for someone who is truly "high velocity," where resourcefulness is key to success. This individual will report to the Global Delivery Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide high-quality service support to our global clients and different functional teams in collaboration with the Client Experience, Employee Experience, Payroll, Finance, IT, International Velocity Global teams, and local service providers across the globe.
  • Work on ad-hoc & recurring projects and complete the projects on time and on budget.
  • Monitor tickets in our ticketing system and dispatch them effectively to the appropriate teams.
  • Perform operational tasks including contract drafting, creation of payroll requests, creation of expense policies, background checks, enrolment of benefits, maintenance and audit of employee profiles, etc.
  • Efficient coordination and prioritisation of activities to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements.
  • Ensure service delivery according to OLAs and maintain a high quality of service.
  • Ensure all projects and tasks are tracked in the internal ticket management system.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and develop good relationships across different functional teams.
  • Ensure high levels of data accuracy and data integrity throughout systems.
  • Continuous improvement of our service delivery model with improved documentation and process improvements.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, starting early in the day or finishing late in the evening.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • BSc/BA in Business Administration / Human Resources or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years\' of experience in International Shared Service Centres or equivalent providing operational support and work experience in cross-functional projects.
  • Previous experience working across different time zones, preferably in a 24/5 setup.
  • Previous experience working with different ticket management systems, preferably ZenDesk & Jira.
  • Business proficiency in the English language required.
  • Advanced Excel skills, preferably in VBA Macros / Complex formulas highly preferred.
  • Technology-literate, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Research-oriented, exceptional organisational skills, and attention to detail with the ability to quickly assimilate information.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication, and listening skills.
  • Strong consultative customer service and project management style.
  • Strong work ethic and a passion for creating unparalleled customer experiences.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
