At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Key business partner to Finance leaders & operation team in leading Cap V Process, Estimates & books closing to help define priorities for the business.Support inventory reconciliation processes.Collaborate with modality, item master, and transfer price teams on ensuring products are costed accurately and efficiently.Analyze material variance transactions.Accountable for creating and maintaining SOP\'s.The essential requirements of the job include:B. Com, MBA, CA, CMA with 4 - 6 years of progressive finance experienceExcellent analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive changeStrong PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications such as OneStream Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, Qlik etcStrong knowledge of excel / spreadsheet.
