AsGlobal COGS COE Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Perform monthlyCOGS P&L reconciliation and support rolling forecast MRE/QOR for assigned BGs or regions.
  • Partner with ESC Enterprise Supply chain Finance and operational team to support annual operating planning development and annual standard cost update.
  • Partner with ESC BG finance and provide strategic finance support on capital investment, sourcing decision, and working capital improvement.
  • Be a key point of contact between plant finance and BG finance FP&A teams.
  • Support and ensure compliance with 3M Global Financial Standards (GFS) and other processes (SOX/Corp Audit/Statutory Audit requirements).
  • Constantly challenge status quo with regard to processes & procedures standardization and improvement in COGS reporting, forecast, and annual operating plan.
  • Support any other ad-hoc projects assigned as its a newly formed team.
Your Skills and Expertise:
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in finance or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
  • CA / Semi Qualified CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance)
  • 5-8 years of finance/accounting or supply chain/logistics job experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • Proven Manufacturing/Supply Chain finance operations experience. Factory facing / plant
  • Self-starter with ability to drive change.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with global cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results oriented with strong process and execution skills.
  • Familiar with 3M financial systems (SAP MM /other ERP systems) and proficient in using Microsoft applications (eg Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI)
