• Generate insights and translate them into strategic plans.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies and tactics.
• Manage and execute projects, ensuring timely planning and proper execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and build strong relationships.
• Communicate with affiliates and regions, fostering cross-functional cooperation.
• Apply corrective actions when necessary to ensure project goals are met.

QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have:

• A master\'s degree or above in a relevant area.
• Preferably tier 1 education from reputable schools.
• Formal project management training equivalent to 10 full days of continued professional education.
• 7-14 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with specific experience in early asset or marketing/brand strategy.
• Experience in cardiovascular disease (CVD), heart failure (HF), or a similar therapeutic area.
• Experience working with pharmaceutical product or medical device development and commercialization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of different functions across the value chain
• Understanding of clinical trials, scientific data and insights and the ability of apply the same for the development of therapy area and create commercial strategy for an asset
