Process Associate - R2R GL

Skills: R2R GL, Accounting, Good in Communication.

Shifts: 24X7 Shifts ( Note - Only Immediate Joiners /or Max 7 Days of Notice Period)

Job Location: Bangalore or Remote (But candidate should be ready to relocate to Bangalore in case of any performance issues), should be ready to come to office when ever

Required -

Education : Mcom - Any Masters - CA Inter, (Accounting Background ) Hands on with Bank Recon • GL / R2R

Experience: 2 to 5 Yrs



Completion of month-end close activities, including but not limited to journal entries, accruals, and accounting for payroll.

Reconciles complex bank statements and records related entries

Prepares and maintains balance sheet reconciliations supporting schedules

Assists in the preparation of periodic, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Research and respond to questions from Operations Managers.

Participates in external audits as necessary by preparing required schedules and supplemental information and responding to inquiries from?external auditors.

Requirements:

Technically very strong in accounting.

Must have retail industry experience

Prior SAP Knowledge is must. (Mandate)

Prepares income and balance sheet statements, and various other accounting statements and financial reports.

Analyses complex financial reports and records, making recommendations and proposing journal entries.

Prepare and review the accuracy of journal entries and accounting records.

Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and proposes adjusting entries as Necessary.

Pay: ?248,556.96 - ?593,048.21 per year
