Interact with internal and external auditors provide clarification on those items requiring additional support. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 4+ years accounting experience in a multinational environment. 2+ years GL accounting experience is a plus. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 2-3 years of experience in General Accounting in SAP. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Shared Service Center or Outsourced Delivery Operations. xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 Functional expertise in Journal Entry processing u2013 accruals, deferrals and prepayments xb7 xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0xa0 xa0 Working knowledge of IC Accounting process, month-end closing cycle, P&L and Balance Sheet Review and related analysis of variances.
