Location(s)Bengaluru, KarnatakaCompanyKoch Global ServicesCareer FieldAccounting & FinanceJob Number154360Your Job\xc2\xb7 Ensure the validity, correctness, completeness, and professional documents of accounting in the scheduled timetableWhat will you do\xc2\xb7 With supervision, to prepare and document journal entries such as bank, related reconciliation work; prepare quarterly financial packages and provide commentary as required.\xc2\xb7 Support senior to run SAP month end reports for costing/inventory review.\xc2\xb7 Assist the accounting manager with internal and external audit requests. Interact with internal and external auditors; provide clarification on those items requiring additional support.\xc2\xb7 Understand, support, and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.\xc2\xb7 Perform other related duties as assigned by management.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)\xc2\xb7 2+ years accounting experience in a multinational environment. 2+ years GL accounting experience is a plus.\xc2\xb7 1-2 years of experience in General Accounting in SAP.\xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Shared Service Center or Outsourced Delivery Operations.\xc2\xb7 Functional expertise in Journal Entry processing - accruals, deferrals and prepayments\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of IC Accounting process, month-end closing cycle, P&L and Balance Sheet Review and related analysis of variances.What Will Put You Ahead\xc2\xb7 Good coordination skill\xc2\xb7 Strong ability at Excel and words.
