Location(s)Bengaluru, KarnatakaCompanyKoch Global ServicesCareer FieldAccounting & FinanceJob Number160734Your JobTo perform JE posting, Month close RTR activities and Balance sheet reconciliations etc.What will you do\xc2\xb7 Conceptual understanding for basic accounting, where he/she can understand the situation and create the journals.\xc2\xb7 Having month end calls with Business Controllers and update the status on month Close activities.\xc2\xb7 Expecting the GL accountant to understand the E2E process.\xc2\xb7 Taking quick decisions in consultation with Business controllers on the accounting entries\xc2\xb7 Challenge the status quo on the way activity is being performed.\xc2\xb7 Have the up-to-date process knowledge and adopting best practices.\xc2\xb7 Follow up/Escalate for resolution of open items on a timely manner and Stake holder management.\xc2\xb7 Manage all accounting transactions like Accruals, Amortization and various other month end close entries.\xc2\xb7 Perform other related duties as assigned by management.\xc2\xb7 Prepare/Review of B/S account reconciliation on time and providing the comments if there are any discrepancies.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)\xc2\xb7 2 to 4 years of experience in R2R\xc2\xb7 Bachelors in commerceWhat Will Put You Ahead\xc2\xb7 Experience in RTR MEC related activities.\xc2\xb7 Awareness & Knowledge on Financial Accounting\xc2\xb7 Proficient written and verbal communication skills\xc2\xb7 Analytical\xc2\xb7 Detail oriented and assertive when dealing with external and internal customers.\xc2\xb7 Effective problem-solving skills to help identify root cause.\xc2\xb7 Excellent in Excel, Word, and presentation skills\xc2\xb7 Strong sense of internal control, SOP, and accuracy\xc2\xb7 Proficient with current computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.\xc2\xb7 Quick learner and ability to work under stringent timelines.\xc2\xb7 High degree of professional integrity\xc2\xb7 Willingness to work in shifts.Who We AreAs a Koch company, Koch Global Services (KGS) creates solutions spanning technology, human resources, finance, project management and anything else our businesses need.
