What You Will Do:
  • Support monthly reporting, forecasting, and analytics specific to RTR closing processes.
  • Manage ERP and technology tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle, HFM, EPM, Workday).
  • Ensures full compliance with the Company\'s Policies.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative, cooperative, effective Partnerships with Country Controllers, local accounting staff, and Corporate Functions (Tax, Treasury, CP&A and Public Financial Reporting)
  • Serve as primary contact for countries on accounting and reporting questions, training, etc. Monitor internal customer satisfaction, including, when necessary, remediation initiatives.
  • Produce and keep track of KPIs, ensuring compliance with defined objectives.
  • Set goals for team members and align them with the company\'s strategy.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Review & validate high-level region-specific accounting issues.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain and improve processes, procedures, and documentation.
  • Support and cross-train team members on department responsibilities.
  • Resource planning of the team (organization of the structure and development plan), being responsible for the recruitment process of new employees
  • Talent development and succession planning (detecting potential candidates and developing strategies)
  • Support management in salary strategy and merit process.
  • Champion knowledge management efforts within the team by overseeing the identification and updating of knowledge, ensuring quality and relevance.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement by fostering a culture of innovation and supporting team members in implementing improvement ideas.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Degree in accounting or finance and significant work experience.(8+ Years).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with fluency in English.

  • 1+ Years experience in shared services
  • 2+ Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience leading a team of 10 or more direct reports with the ability to manage a large staff in a high volume and complex business environment.
  • Strong accounting background.
  • Demonstrated history of direct problem resolution with positive outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement and/or project management initiatives.
  • Proven history of building strong teams, talent management and developement
  • Self-motivated Highly focused on results and process.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook), workflow software, and ad hoc reporting tools and databases.
  • Strong organizational and management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve complex issues and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates ability to work well across different functions and business in a Matrix type of organization (i.e. Procurement, Accounts Payables, HR, Payroll, Audit, Tax, Treasury, Supply Chain, Process Owners etc).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a Big 4 or national accounting firm and/or a large corporate environment.
