Responsibilities
\xe2\xa6\x81 Monthly Closing
\xe2\xa6\x81 GISOCC cost recharge and management Fees monitoring in function of the perimeter
\xe2\xa6\x81 Follow up of invoicing to the sites
\xe2\xa6\x81 Follow up of statutory and contractual data, ensure of the support documentation (contracts...)
\xe2\xa6\x81 Preparation of monthly manual bookings
\xe2\xa6\x81 Interface to dedicated sites for any questions
\xe2\xa6\x81 Preparation, analysis and follow up of costs relatives to all holding\xe2\x80\x99s departments (Finance, IT/IS, VPS, HR\xe2\x80\xa6)
\xe2\xa6\x81 GPS reporting
\xe2\xa6\x81 Drive the continuous improvement of monthly closing (quality of data, organization, efficiency, deadline achievement\xe2\x80\xa6)
\xe2\xa6\x81 Interco reconciliation and recording of holding data in GPS
\xe2\xa6\x81 Preparation of monthly closing binder for holdings
\xe2\xa6\x81 Follow up on Share, TRIP, REC4U, GRNI, etc. Status via Google data center
\xe2\xa6\x81 Cash FO for the holdings in scope, alignment with operational sites
\xe2\xa6\x81 Monthly results reporting India to all sites

\xe2\xa6\x81 MTP & Budget construction for holdings
\xe2\xa6\x81 Middle Term Plan and Budget preparation for holdings
\xe2\xa6\x81 Monthly AvB reporting to departments of SSC
\xe2\xa6\x81 Coordination hourly wage analysis for India
\xe2\xa6\x81 E-proc - General Expenses \xe2\x80\x93 Fixed Assets:
\xe2\xa6\x81 Validation of e-proc purchase orders for all holding\xe2\x80\x99s departments (Finance, IT/IS, VPS, HR\xe2\x80\xa6)
\xe2\xa6\x81 Creations, updates of Internal Orders in function of validated budget

\xe2\xa6\x81 Internal Control
\xe2\xa6\x81 Promote, explain, control Internal Control framework within his/her perimeter. Monitor and drive Internal Control improvement plans to mitigate risks

\xe2\xa6\x81 Others:
\xe2\xa6\x81 Follow up of group1 provisions (social, tax\xe2\x80\xa6)
\xe2\xa6\x81 SSC Financial Indicators follow-up
\xe2\xa6\x81 Being part of pilot projects for further digitalization

\xe2\xa6\x81 Contribute to Group Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting code of Ethics and Valeo\xe2\x80\x99s policies.

Education/Training: Qualified Accountant \xe2\x80\x93 CA / CMA

Professional Experience: Seniority in controlling (even light) is required and expected post qualification experience of 3 to 5 years
