Job Description

Responsible for processing, analyzing, and interpreting geospatial data to provide actionable intelligence across various industries. This includes data collection, manipulation, and visualization using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technology to support diverse projects for ScatterPie Analytics. Key responsibilities include database creation, digitization, mapping, geospatial analysis, dashboard creation, analytics and managing ArcGIS Online Services, primarily using ESRI software packages.

Key functions & responsibilities:

• Generate, modify, and manage spatial and attribute data in ArcGIS environments.
• Create detailed and interactive maps, reports, dashboards, and presentations by performing geospatial analytics and data visualizations with ArcGIS.
• Develop automated geospatial tools using APIs (e.g., Google Earth Engine, OpenStreetMap) to streamline data analysis workflows.
• Integrate geospatial data with other sources (e.g., IoT, GPS, weather data) for comprehensive analysis. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and develop data-driven solutions.
• Contribute to dashboard design, R&D, and project delivery using ArcGIS.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Stay current with industry technologies and contribute relevant ideas.

Academics:

• Bachelor's degree preferable in Geo-informatics or Computer Science etc.
• Master's degree would have an added advantage. Experience:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in geospatial analysis, GIS, or related field.

Technology & Skills:

• Hands on experience with GIS-related software, products, and services to include experience with ESRI software, specifically ESRI ArcGIS online, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Insights etc.
• Strong knowledge in database management, SQL and data modelling.
• Familiarity with cloud-based geospatial platforms like AWS S3, Google Earth Engine, or Azure Maps.
• Strong data visualization and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex geospatial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Superior organizational skills, attention to detail/level of quality, Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?9,862.16 - ?34,441.88 per month
