Girls Hostel Warden (Females only)

Required Skills &Qualification:

Female candidate with a Bachelor Degree (Preferred) and a minimum of Five years of experience in a similar position

Job Responsibilities

Security: Overseeing the security of the hostel premises, including monitoring entry and exit points

Counseling: Serving as a mentor and counselor for the residents

Maintenance: Ensuring the hostel is well-maintained, including planning for upgrades and supervising maintenance work

Discipline: Ensuring that residents follow the rules and maintaining discipline in the hostel

Health and hygiene: Ensuring the health, hygiene, and sanitation of the residents

Incident response: Managing responses to incidents and emergencies

Communication: Communicating with residents, parents, guardians, and other stakeholders

Records: Maintaining relevant records of the hostel

Hostel rules: Implementing hostel rules and bringing grievances to the attention of the relevant authority

Admissions: Assisting with the admission process for new students

Social contact: Establishing and maintaining appropriate social contact with students
