Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven

Ghee Sales Executive

to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets for our premium ghee products in both retail and wholesale markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for ghee sales in assigned regions. Visit retail outlets, wholesalers, supermarkets, and distributors to promote and sell ghee products. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Assist in promotional activities, product launches, and customer feedback collection. Ensure timely collection of payments from clients. Coordinate with the distribution and logistics team for smooth product delivery.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in FMCG / dairy product sales (preferably ghee, butter, or milk products). Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts. Good knowledge of local market dynamics and customer preferences. Valid driving license (if fieldwork is required). Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably dairy or food products.
