Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses\' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Appian application and understanding on inter-relationships with other systems Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts, and basic knowledge of other technical areas to identify and define necessary system enhancements, including using script tools and analyzing/interpreting code Must have excellent knowledge of core Appian concepts, records, interfaces, process models, deployments using pipeline, integrations, Web API\'s Decent knowledge of database concepts, Appian on-premise vs cloud would be a good to have. Conduct testing and debugging, utilize script tools, and write basic code for design specifications. Creates and produces IT architecture designs to translate user requirements into solutions. Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend programming solutions, install, and support customer exposure systems. Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications. Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues, as well as conduct testing and debugging. Serve as advisor or coach to new or junior analysts. Identify problems, analyze information, and make evaluative judgements to recommend and implement solutions. Resolve issues by identifying and selecting solutions through the applications of acquired technical experience and guided by precedents. Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm\'s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Qualifications: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Implementing IT solutions using Appian Intermediate level experience in Applications Development role Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication Experience in Scrum/Agile methodologies with application development projects Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements Education: Bachelor\'s degree/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
