Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning and Delivery:
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of all students.
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet different learning styles and abilities.
• Integrate technology and multimedia resources to enhance learning.
• Instruction and Classroom Management:
• Teach German language courses at various levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced).
• Facilitate classroom discussions, group activities, and immersive language experiences.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Assessment and Evaluation:
• Design and administer assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student progress.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
• Track and report on student performance and progress.
• Cultural Enrichment:
• Incorporate cultural lessons and activities to help students understand German-speaking countries' traditions, history, and customs.
• Organize cultural events, guest speakers, or field trips related to German culture.
• Professional Development:
• Stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies, language acquisition research, and curriculum developments.
• Attend professional development workshops and conferences.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work collaboratively with other language teachers and staff to enhance the language program.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in German, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Teaching certification or licensure in the relevant state or country.
• Proficiency in the German language.
• Previous teaching experience, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
