Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to the needs of the audience.
• Create engaging content that incorporates best practices and innovative training techniques.
• Conduct training sessions either in German ensuring clarity and engagement.
• Facilitate workshops and group discussions to promote collaborative learning.
• Utilize various training methods (e.g., in-person, virtual, blended learning) to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Assess student progress and provide tailored feedback to support their language acquisition.
• Employ innovative teaching techniques to enhance student engagement and retention.
• Organize and facilitate language workshops and cultural exchange sessions.
• Maintain records of student performance and progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Trainer, Master Trainer, or Facilitator, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
