Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced German Language Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the German language, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to create an engaging and effective learning environment. The German Language Trainer will be responsible for delivering language instruction to students of varying proficiency levels, from beginners to advanced learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver German language courses tailored to the needs of individual students or groups.
• Develop and implement lesson plans, instructional materials, and activities that facilitate active learning.
• Assess students' language proficiency and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
• Create a positive and motivating classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and progress.
• Track and report on students' progress and maintain accurate records.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in language teaching methodologies and incorporate them into the curriculum.
• Collaborate with other trainers and staff to enhance the overall quality of the language training programs.

Qualifications:

• Certification in German language B2 (e.g., Goethe-Institut, TELC, DSH) is desirable.
• Proven experience as a German Language Trainer or in a similar teaching role.
• Native or near-native proficiency in German.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with language learning software and educational technology is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
