Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and Instruction:

Plan and deliver engaging German language lessons to students of various age groups. Develop lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and language proficiency levels. Utilize digital tools, interactive media, and language lab resources for effective teaching.

Curriculum Development:

Design and implement a structured curriculum for different learning levels (beginner to advanced). Integrate German literature, culture, and history into lesson plans. Adapt teaching materials to suit the needs of individual learners.

Student Assessment and Support:

Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate student progress. Provide constructive feedback to students and guide them in language improvement. Offer extra support and tutoring for students needing additional assistance.

Classroom Management:

Create a positive and immersive language-learning environment. Encourage active student participation through discussions, role-plays, and group activities. Maintain discipline and address behavioral issues as necessary.

Extracurricular Engagement:

Organize German language clubs, competitions, and cultural events. Prepare students for German language certifications such as Goethe-Zertifikat or TestDaF. Encourage participation in language exchange programs and international collaborations.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with school faculty, administrators, and parents to support student development. Participate in parent-teacher meetings and progress discussions. Engage in professional development programs to enhance teaching effectiveness.
