About Corporate and Investment Banking & Investment Research (CIB & IR) As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.


What you will be doing at Evalueserve:

• 
  Process research requests for an Investment Banking engagement, effectively and efficiently, selecting and utilizing the relevant internal and external information sources
• Execute research requests on German and Austrian (and Swiss) companies. Required looking into documents and find requested data and bookmark and write down into email (in German or English if client is not German), e.g.: find revenues, EBITDA etc. in Annual Accounts etc.
• Conduct news runs in German and English
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative secondary research products for data collection including financial databases.
• Knowledge of business research fundamentals and understanding of financial concepts
• Conversant with several types of company filings, including German private company fillings
• Engage with requestors to understand their requirements better and deliver on time as per deadlines

• Required to work in EMEA coverage \xe2\x80\x93 13:00 IST to 22:00 IST

Skills we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:

• 
  Strong written and verbal communication skills in German language
• Preferred knowledge of German data sources such as of Handelsregister (Germany Commercial Register), Firmenbuch (Austrian Company House), Unternehmensregister (Bundesanzeiger \xe2\x80\x93 German Annual Filings), Creditreform (Company Information, Company ownership structure), Factiva, German Federal Statistical Office, German content in Statista, company homepages
• Good accounting and financial skills
• Good MS Office skills & presentation skills
• Ability to understand and formalize required end deliverables within defined timelines
• Ability to identify proactive ways to contribute to firms goals & mission. Must have good lateral thinking, be decisive and self-confident

Education and certification

• MBA or equivalent

• Native German fluency or CEFR C2 certificate
