Missions/Main Duties:

• Assist in interpretation of Geotech investigations for design of foundations.
• Lead in close coordination with Design Engineers for interpretation of Geotech investigations for design of foundations.
• Identify additional Geotech investigations if required and advice regarding change in Design where soil / strata is not found to be as per investigations on which the approved designs have been based.

Profile/Skills:Post Graduate (ME/M. Tech) in Geotechnical Engineering from a recognized institution.Minimum experience of 15 years in relevant field out of which minimum 5 years experience in similar role in metro rail projects. * Excellent written and oral English communication skills.

• Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
• Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
• Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
• Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decisions and be a good troubleshooter.
