Job Description

We are seeking a Geography Teacher with a strong knowledge of geographical concepts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging lessons.

Job Responsibilities :

• Preparing curriculum materials, assessing student performance
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Encourage critical thinking about environmental and societal issues.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
• Facilitate interactive discussions and practical activities.
• Stay updated with current geography trends and incorporate them into lessons.
• Foster a positive learning environment and support student engagement.

Qualifications

• PGT /TGT
• Bachelor's degree in Geography, Education.
• Teaching certification or licensure, as required by state regulations.
• Experience in teaching geography at the middle or high school level is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
