- Drive the business strategies for growth of pharmaceutical and cosmetic testing laboratory business on PAN India level.
- Understand company breakeven and maintain overall profitability throughout the year.
- Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) of pharma/cosmetic/ayurveda/Nutraceutical business units under his/her control.
- Develop new clients for analytical testing business of Pharmaceutical / cosmetic / ayurveda / nutraceutical.
- Effectively manage client project planning, set up and resources.
- Building and manage client relationships.
- Effective communication with clients for negotiations of quote / proposals, reporting results, invoicing and recovery.
- Meet QC Manager / R&D Manager / Purchase Manager / Testing In-charge of companies to understand new areas of business viz method development, method validation, routine analysis, Stability studies etc.
- Discus with potential clients for large volume / large value projects (if required he / she must be ready to discuss on JV.
- Oversee a team of State Sales Executives to achieve desired geographical outcomes.
- Take daily reporting of state sales executives and compile daily MIS of PAN India business.
- Build strategies to regain lost clients, retain existing clients and increase the business of each client.
- Prepare relevant matter to advertise our services and promote business through emailing, messaging and by posting advertisements on social media platforms like whats app, linkedin, Facebook, Instagram etc
- Prepare all documents related to business development and business execution.
- Expand business by participating in exhibitions.
- Prepare promotional schemes wherever necessary.
- Prepare rate list and send quotations to client as per their requirements.
