Role and responsibilities:

Read and analyse documents submitted by mining companies. These documents come from a variety of sources, including various stock exchanges and private mining company websites.

Understand and extract key corporate and mineral property facts and data from the documents.

Input the relevant data with utmost attention to detail into the admin interface. On occasion, we may need to gather data using Excel spreadsheets.

Continually engage in quality control of the data to ensure data errors are kept to a minimum, including maintaining and cleaning existing content if required.

Liaise on an ongoing basis with the Mining Intelligence team in Vancouver to: o Ensure best practices for data entry are understood, improvement suggestions communicated, etc.

Address any quality issues or concerns in a timely manner.

Have training sessions on data input procedures, e.g., when new data products are developed, or changes are made to the online platform interface.

Know about adjustments to data priorities based on product development or customer needs initiatives.

Read and analyze development study documents: feasibility, pre-feasibility, preliminary economic assessment, scoping studies, as well as expansion and optimization studies.

Understand and extract key economic and financial, cost, commodity, and production data, as well as technical details such as geology, mining, and processing methods.

Communication skill must be good
