Job Title : Gents Beautician and Hair Stylist
Location : Dain's Bridal Studio
Reports To : Salon Manager / Owner

Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Gents Beautician and Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. This role requires an individual who is well-versed in male grooming, hair styling, and beauty treatments, with the ability to provide exceptional services in a professional and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, hair treatments, and beauty services, ensuring every client feels pampered and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide haircuts, trims, shaves, and beard grooming tailored to clients' preferences.
• Offer a wide range of hair treatments, including color, highlights, and styling.
• Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs, offering professional advice and recommendations.
• Perform various beauty treatments, including facials, massages, and skincare treatments for male clients.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in men's hairstyles and grooming techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
• Assist with product recommendations for hair care, skincare, and grooming.
• Keep track of client preferences, ensuring repeat clients feel recognized and valued.
• Collaborate with the salon team to maintain a smooth, efficient workflow and support the overall success of the business.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Gents Beautician and Hair Stylist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of male grooming, haircuts, beard care, and beauty treatments.
• Ability to provide personalized consultations and professional advice.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Creative flair with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of hair and beauty products suited for men's grooming.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to varying schedules.
