General Trainers

to guide, motivate, and assist members in achieving their fitness goals. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fitness, knowledgeable about workout techniques, and capable of creating a supportive and engaging environment for gym members.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized workout plans for members. Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure clients maintain correct form to prevent injuries. Monitor the gym floor, providing guidance and support to members during workouts. Assist with equipment usage and ensure all gym equipment is clean and operational. Conduct group workout sessions and functional training classes as required. Motivate members to reach their fitness goals and maintain a positive attitude throughout their fitness journey. Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques to offer innovative training approaches. Maintain a safe and clean workout environment.

Qualifications:

Certification in personal training or fitness (ACE, ISSA, NASM, or equivalent preferred). Proven experience as a general trainer or in a fitness coaching role. Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols. Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills. Passionate about health and fitness with a customer-centric approach. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
