General Sales Executive

Job Description

1. Hold empathetic, yet professional, conversations with potential clients, and suggest products tailored to their specific requirements
2. Share product images/videos over Whatsapp, and allow clients to choose and customize according to their needs
3. List the items that the client has chosen, as well as the respective prices of products, and send the invoice, along with any product documentation to the operations lead/executive (if available)
4. Oversee the packaging processes, ensuring quality, as well as double-check that the package includes all the products and required documents
5. Inform the client about product tracking details
6. Ensure that the products are supplied in a timely manner
7. Contact the client after their order has been received, and converse with them about product satisfaction
8. Acknowledge feedback respectfully and complaints should be documented
9. Ensure that any concerns are resolved as soon as feasible and that they are not repeated
10. Inform the marketing team of the client s feedback, in order to analyze and remodel the current marketing process
11. Reach out to potential clients by sharing relevant information over calls/messages, or other platforms
12. Fulfill the organization's sales target by consistently converting prospective clients into paying clients
13. Brainstorm new sales strategies and profitable sales avenues for Avaesa

Time: 10:30 am - 7 pm (Full Time)

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?216,000.00 per year
