Job Description

:Key Responsibilities:Executive Support:

• Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Attending meeting and provide comprehensive support to the Business Head, including meeting coordination.

Project Coordination & Management:

• Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives, tracking progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for decision-making.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and facilitating communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and ensure follow-ups on key action points.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Conduct research, compile data, and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Generate monthly/quarterly performance reports and dashboards, highlighting key business metrics.

Key Skills & Competencies:Industry Knowledge:

• Prior experience in the Manufacturing, Electronics, or Consulting industry is a must.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize efficiently, and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• High proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Business Management from reputed institute
• BE in Mechanical or Electrical
• 3-5 years of experience
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
