Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced General Physician to join our telemedicine team, with a primary focus on providing second opinions to patients. This is a permanent position that allows you to work remotely, offering expert advice and guidance to patients seeking confirmation or alternative perspectives on their medical diagnoses and treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide thorough online consultations to patients, primarily for second opinion services, evaluating existing diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Review medical records, diagnostic reports, and previous consultations to provide well-informed second opinions.
• Offer alternative treatment options or confirm existing plans, ensuring patients receive the best possible care.
• Communicate complex medical information clearly and empathetically to patients, helping them understand their condition and options.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, to provide a comprehensive and balanced second opinion.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting second opinions and any recommendations made.
• Stay updated with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices, particularly in areas relevant to common second opinion requests.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and data security in all telemedicine interactions.

Qualifications:

• MBBS or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license to practice.
• 4-5 years of experience as a General Physician, with at least 2 years in telemedicine or online consultation.
• Experience in providing second opinions is highly desirable.
• Proficient in using telemedicine platforms and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in reviewing medical histories and diagnostic reports.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain medical concepts to patients in an understandable manner.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions remotely.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
