Good knowledge on laboratory tests with updated knowledge on recent advances in clinical lab testing Interpretation of ECG, ECHO and TMT Strong interpersonal skills and Good communication skills System based approach to diagnosis and treatment Effective and efficient decision making ability. Good administrative and leadership skills. Preventive health checkup profiling Proactive and open to learning advancements in General medicine. Maintain accurate medical records of patients Comply with various ethical practice Use discretion and refer patients to seek specialized medical / surgical help. Training and supervising other staff in the department Online and offline consultancy Summary reporting on the lab tests
