Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced MBBS/MD Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with critical care experience to join our dynamic medical team. This role will primarily focus on providing comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients, with a special emphasis on internal medicine or family medicine, as well as managing critically ill patients in our intensive care unit. This role will primarily focus on providing comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients, with a special emphasis on internal medicine or family medicine, as well as managing critically ill patients in our intensive care unit. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert medical care to hospitalized patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of medical conditions.
- Manage critically ill patients in the intensive care unit, ensuring timely and effective interventions and adherence to best practices in critical care medicine.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Participate actively in medical rounds, consultations, and case discussions to optimize patient outcomes and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in internal medicine, family medicine, and critical care medicine, and incorporate evidence-based practices into clinical care.
- MBBS/MD degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Board certification or equivalent in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal medicine, family medicine, or critical care medicine, preventive medicine, with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
- Exceptional clinical skills, including proficiency in managing critically ill patients and making informed clinical decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
