We are currently seeking a [[General & Operational Accounting Analyst]] to join our team in [[Gurgaon]], [[Haryana]], [[India]].

• Responsible for Expense report auditing, Fraud Investigation, Reporting and, T&E settlements etc.
• Responsible for timely response to employee queries.
• Identify and resolve both regular and non-routine issues
• Working closely with the Accounts Payable and other teams to ensure timely payment of the claims.
• Assisting the Team Lead during Month/Quarter/Year end close.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned task to meet or exceed SLAs
• Develop tactical and operational plans to achieve key milestones in the process
• Provide suggestions and ideas for process improvements
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, fluency in corporate English.
• Report any non-compliance issues to the management
• Should be a Good Team Player & Process driven person
• Ability to work independently, self-starter, and excellent business judgement
• Must have a strong commitment to data privacy, internal controls, and integrity.
• Manage Escalations, identify the root cause and come up with process improvement plan and put controls in place.
• Develop and be accountable for Project work plans, ensuring all tasks are delivered in a timely/cost effective manner, anticipating scope issues and obtaining agreement on changes to work plan
• Provide timely reports and dashboards on key performance indicators (KPI\'s), compliance and non-compliance areas
• Ability to lead the \xe2\x80\x9cKnowledge Transfer\xe2\x80\x9d phase of Transition.
• Handle Internal, Transactional and Statutory audits and perform back up duties for Team members, as necessary
• Continually evaluate & update SOPs & ensure that processes are adhered
