Role: Plant HR - General Manager or Manager
Experience : 7 years to 15 years
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function & team by overseeingtalent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR Cost Savings and Labour Legal Matter Compliances.
Skills and Qualifications
1. A bachelor\'s degree from an accredited college
2. An MBA or MA/MS in human resources or related fields would be preferred.
3. 7-15 years of experience in handling HR Domain preferably in the Steel industry who can handle Factory Acts as a HR & Admin or similar role
4. In-depth knowledge of all HR functions
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
9. Empathetic, supportive & helpful towards employees and all stakeholders
10. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations and good understanding of labor legislation
