We are looking for a very senior person, having knowledge in the following below mentioned areas

1. Arbitration-

1.1. Drafting of SOC;

1.2. Drafting of SOD;

1.3. Drafting of REJOINDER;

1.4. Drafting of EVIDENCE;

1.5. Drafting of BNA;

1.6. Drafting of Application U/S 9 & 17 of Arbitration Act;

1.7. Drafting of Application U/S 11 of Arbitration Act;

1.8. Drafting of Application U/S 34 of Arbitration Act;

1.9. Drafting of Application U/S 36 of Arbitration Act;

2. Supreme court-

2.1. Drafting of SLP;

2.2. Drafting of Affidavit & Counter Affidavit.

3. High Court-

3.1. Drafting of Writ Petitions;

3.2. Drafting of Revision Application;

3.3. Drafting of Memo of Appeal.

4. District & Sub-divisional Court-

4.1. Drafting of Plaint;

4.2. Drafting of WS;

4.3. Drafting of Counter Claim;

4.4. Drafting of REJOINDER;

4.5. Drafting of EVIDENCE;

4.6. Drafting of BNA;

5. Legal drafting of Notice, Reply of Notice, Agreement, Deeds, MOU, Legal Research & Synopsis of the Cases.

6. Cases Related to Consumer at District Commissions, Sate Commissions & National Commissions.

7. Labour law & Legal Complacence.

Salary Range: Upto Rs.9-10 Lac/ Annum
