:We are currently seeking a self-driven Global Business Analyst with a passion for procure to pay to join the Global Procure to Pay Tower organization.The Global Business Analyst will gather and analyze data to guide decision making and improve performance. The role is accountable for working with our global workstream leaders and relevant stakeholders to provide data and reports.The ideal candidate will be able to gather and turn data into usable reports that will support business decisions. This role will report to the Global P2P Tower Leader. This position will be based in Bangalore, India.What will you do:xc2xb7 Exemplify Schneider Electric values (embrace different, dare to disrupt, learning every day, customer first, and act like owners) as well as overall leadership expectations (build the best team, shape our future, deliver the results, free up energy, use your judgement)Data Analysis and Reporting:xc2xb7 Collect and analyze data throughout the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, inclusive of supply chain, procurement, and finance dataxc2xb7 Generate accurate reports and provide granular insights into procurement processes that will translate into actions for the project management team or the business operations, across supply chain, procurement and financexc2xb7 Create graphical reports detailing accruals, total spend, contracts, and vendor managementxc2xb7 Establish partnership with key business stakeholders, project managers and key regional leaders to identify analysis, data gathering, and reporting requirements and execute per request.xc2xb7 Present analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable mannerxc2xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvementsProcess Optimization:xc2xb7 Identify inefficiencies, risks, and trends in the P2P processxc2xb7 Recommend improvements to streamline existing business processesxc2xb7 Forward thinking by leveraging business and process knowledge to anticipate key business opportunities and proactively share with key workstream leaders and regional leaders to influence the priorities.System Managementxc2xb7 Identify areas of current and potential concern for further process optimizationxc2xb7 Utilize analytics tools to derive insights and support decision-makingxc2xb7 Work jointly with the Supply Chain and Finance digital teams to identify use cases for RPA and AI across P2P that would generate efficiency, transparency and touchless end to end buying.xc2xb7 Build regional KPI dashboard and efficient reporting for various business users, simplifying how we consume data today, and driving delight within our users across supply chain and finance.QualificationsWhat will help you to be successful in this role:xc2xb7 Strong English communication skills, written and oralxc2xb7 Data analysis, trend analysis, insight gathering experience and expertisexc2xb7 Excel (VBA), SQL, Python, Tableau (Design), dashboard design expertisexc2xb7 Stakeholder management and cross functional engagementxc2xb7 5+ years of procurement domain experience, preferred procurement operations, procure to payxc2xb7 Proven experience digesting complex information and present it in a simple wayxc2xb7 Ability to gather business requirements, perform analysis and formulate into executive communicationxc2xb7 Excellent PowerPoint and presentation development skillsxc2xb7 Self-driven / motivated individual, positive, proactive and takes the initiative to get things donexc2xb7 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business in related field (i.e. Project Management / Engineering, Supply Chain Management, finance, data science, or other related field of study)xc2xb7 Ability to prioritize & work on short deadlinesSchedule: Full-time
