Job Description
Looking for an LLB Graduate for a General Manager/AVP Legal position based in New Delhi.
- The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a part of an in-house legal team with corporates.
- The incumbent would be a part of the Legal team and report & support the General Counsel and manage the following areas:
- Litigation Management
- Legal Advisory to the Business teams
- Contract Management
- Liaising with External Authorities/Government Departments
- Legal Audit & Compliance Management
- Identify & assess risks and opportunities for the business.
Skills:
- Team management, Stakeholder Management, and collaboration.
- Strong business acumen and ability to balance legal risks with the organization\'s objectives.
- High ethical standards and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
