Job Overview: The Employee Relations General Manager or AVP is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and programs to foster positive relationships between employees and the organization. 1. Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop and update company policies and procedures related to employee relations, ensuring they are in compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
- Advise and guide HR and management teams on policy interpretation and application.
2. Conflict Resolution:
- Manage and resolve employee disputes, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and consistent manner.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
- Extensive experience (typically 10-15 years or more) in HR, with a focus on employee relations.
- Strong communication, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in managing HR teams and complex employee relations issues.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is often preferred.
