General Manager
Job Description
Supervise the Construction Managers to monitor construction progress, including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes . - Work with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure all projects are completed before schedule, of excellent quality and within the budget.
Developing and implementing strategic plans to advance the company`s mission and objectives . Overseeing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of construction projects. Managing the company`s finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Projects will be responsible for the management of design, construction, logistics procurement and budgets to ensure the efficiency of time, quality and cost of assigned projects .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
