  • Lead and manage the entire service department, ensuring efficient and effective operations while maintaining the brand\'s service standards.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in a managerial role within the luxury automotive service sector.
  • Proven track record of success in managing service operations, achieving targets, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Deep understanding of luxury car brand service standards, technical aspects, and customer service excellence.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
