? To manage the business development team and drive strategy; planning and implementing the business plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned region.
? Ensure revenue for the Company.
? Team handling, Relationship building, Revenue Generation & Sales Management.
? Responsible for Sales and Marketing, Formulate appropriate marketing strategies for the ongoing and upcoming projects.
? Identifying and exploring new markets and tap business opportunities.
? Responsible to scout for new projects & tie ups and sustain current business.
? Build a network of builders and maintain relationships with them to increase inventory.
? Participate in various property exhibitions and seminars related to real estate industry.
? Operating along with the team and ensure the achievements of targets set by the management.
? Handle complete booking process along with the sales team.
? Handle promotional activities, rewards &recognition programs, events &exhibitions and advertisement programs
? To keep a track record of competitor's activities and prepare a competitive analysis report on a timely basis
? Promote sales of properties.
? Visit properties and assess them before showing it to clients
? Responsible for service completion. Minimum 20% of payment from the customer or specific service completion criterion for the particular project.
? Handle the payment collection from builders
? Maintaining and evaluating records of pricing, sales and activity reports
? Should possess leadership skills.
? Need to be a result oriented leaded with good man management skills.
? Strong ability on relationship building
? Possess good interpersonal & communication skills.
? Be able to converse well in Local Language and English.
? Should possess good knowledge on sales.
? Should possess good knowledge on real estate industry.
? Should have Computer proficiency.
