  • Client Consultation: Offer expert guidance on market trends, property values, financing, and legal requirements to help clients make the best decisions.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competition to guide clients and refine sales strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Foster trust with buyers, sellers, and other key stakeholders for long-term success and repeat business.
  • Marketing: Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, including digital strategies and open houses, to drive property sales.
  • Negotiation: Secure favourable sales terms while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting revenue targets.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales documentation complies with legal standards and regulations.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate the sales team, ensuring everyone hits their performance targets.
Qualifications
  • 15 to 20+ years of experience in real estate sales in Bengaluru.
  • Proven ability to sell high-end residential and commercial properties.
  • Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in developing sales strategies based on market research and analysis.
  • Leadership experience in managing sales and marketing teams.
